You’ve probably tried to think, plan, or push your way out of burnout. This is different. You work directly with your body to signal safety to a nervous system that’s been on duty too long.
Who it's for
You show up and you manage your responsibilities. But something has shifted. Your body doesn’t rest the way it used to, and you notice a quiet sense that things need to change—even if you can’t name what yet.
Decades of continuous alertness leave a specific pattern in the body. Your system stays on duty even when you stop moving, your fuse shortens, and effort no longer delivers the clarity it once did.
The Second Wind Reset is a 10‑week individual commitment designed to help you steady your nervous system, reduce that constant tension, and regain clarity. It's a structured body of work that allows you to drop beneath the daily momentum and find a calmer, more grounded baseline.
This work is for you if you're functional but restless, and willing to stay with what's unformed steadily, without needing to be directed or fixed.
The work
The Reset works directly with your nervous system through the body. Over 10 weeks, patterns of holding soften and clarity re‑emerges—not because it's forced, but because your system has been given enough safety to let go.
The breathwork itself is simple. You sit and follow a guided breathing rhythm, with your attention staying with physical sensation rather than moving straight into thought. Over time, what you've carried can begin to shift without needing to be pushed.
This work is held as a continuous experience over time, not a series of standalone sessions. We meet for 60 minutes once a week, online or by phone, at a time that works with your commitments.
Taking Stock
We begin by pausing properly. You reflect on where your life is actually asking for attention—not what should matter, but what does. Together, we shape the Reset around what's most relevant for you. There's no rigid structure and no forcing insight.
Resetting What Matters
Over the next eight weeks, you focus on one key area of your life at a time, guided by what feels most alive for you now. There's no fixed order. I follow what your system is ready for. Sessions are guided using Core Clearing Breathwork, a grounded, breath‑led approach that supports nervous system regulation and release.
The close
In our final session, we review what has shifted, consolidate what's important, and close the Reset cleanly. You leave with a clearer, more grounded presence and no loose ends. What this is not
