Second Wind — For Men in Midlife

A steady place to begin the week.

Monday Morning Meditation

A steady place to begin the week.

Monday Morning Meditation is a simple, guided space to support settling, orientation, and presence at the start of the week. It's not about improvement or optimisation. It's about arriving. Each session offers time to pause, breathe, and listen, so you can meet the week from a steadier place rather than carrying momentum forward unchecked.

What this is

A short, guided group meditation held live on Monday mornings. The emphasis is on:

There's no need to perform, share, or achieve anything. You're welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

How the sessions are held

I offer a simple heart‑centring meditation, with attention orientated toward felt experience rather than effort or analysis. It’s less about generating particular states, and more about noticing what’s already present and letting awareness gather naturally.

You’re welcome to join with your camera on or off. Participation is minimal; listening is enough. This is not therapy, coaching, or instruction. It’s a supportive pause, held lightly, to begin the week with a little more space.
