Each session offers you time to pause, breathe, and listen, so you can meet the week from a steadier place rather than carrying momentum forward unchecked.
What this is
You join a short group gathering live on Monday mornings to find a quiet baseline before the week takes over. The practice focuses on:
- settling your nervous system
- orienting to your body and breath
- creating enough quiet to notice what's already present
You don't have to perform, share, or achieve anything. Arrive exactly as you are.
How the sessions are held
You rest with a simple heart‑centring practice, keeping your attention oriented toward felt experience rather than effort or analysis. It's not about generating particular states. It's about noticing what's already there and letting your awareness gather naturally.
You can join with your camera on or off. Your participation stays minimal; listening is enough. This isn't therapy or coaching. It's a supportive pause, held lightly, to open up a little more space before your week takes hold.

Practical details
You join the session online for a short, contained 30 minutes. The group size stays small, keeping the room capped at a maximum of 20 men. You can attend occasionally when you need a pause, or you can make the morning part of your weekly rhythm.

I'm Daryl Cook, based in Melbourne, Australia. I've spent more than twenty years exploring different forms of attention and quiet practice, and I host this weekly pause to share that grounding with you.
