Most men don't talk about it. But you feel it. Years of carrying things quietly—the roles, the pressure, the expectation to hold it together. At some point, your body stops resting properly. Your fuse gets shorter. Something feels like it needs to change, but you can't quite name what yet.
This isn't weakness. It's a nervous system that's been on duty too long.
The work
